Here at our house, a few of us are asthmatic, so I try to stay on top of our inhalers. Are they running low, or do the nozzles merely need cleaning? Is it time to reorder?
This weekend, go through your medicine cabinet or wherever you keep the meds and over-the-counter remedies you and your family take. Are there extremely outdated ones? Have you run out of some? Perhaps your remedies or meds are running low? Now is the time to restock! What medications do you or your loved ones take that make a dramatic difference in your (or theirs) life?
